This warranty covers manufacturing defects in your Naturatex mattress. It is provided to the original purchaser.

The warranty coverage lasts for 10 years from the original date of purchase. Repair or replacement does not extend the warranty or begin a new period.

Charges are calculated based on 10% of the current retail price multiplied by the number of years from the date of purchase.

If your Naturatex mattress fails due to a manufacturing defect, Sleep Synergy S/B will repair or replace the product. Please note that materials or models of comparable quality may be substituted.

This warranty does not apply to normal body impressions, firmness preferences, cover fabric, merchandise sold under specific conditions, damage due to misuse, or visible indentations of less than 3 cm.

The warranty does not apply if the mattress is subjected to obvious abuse, improper care, or maintenance, including stains, burns, inadequate support, or misuse.

Any claims regarding manufacturing defects must be notified to Sleep Synergy S/B within seven days of receipt. If not, Sleep Synergy S/B will not be liable for the consequences.

If a valid claim is made, non-conforming Goods will be repaired or replaced free of charge as originally ordered. Reduction of price may be granted if repair or replacement is delayed.

Sleep Synergy S/B shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to unforseeable causes such as Acts of God, accidents, threat of war and more.

Use a damp cloth (soaked in MILD soap solution) to dab on the affected area. Keep dabbing and rinsing cloth as required. Then use dry towels to soak up excess moisture and air in a well-ventilated area, but NEVER in direct sunlight. Alternatively, you may also use car upholstery spray-on foam cleaners, that help to lift out soiled stains. Then brush lightly to help release stains. Use the damp cloth soaked in mild soap solution to remove foam residue. Lastly, dry as described above.
