At Naturatex, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You may request a return within 7 days of your purchase if the product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Our team will inspect the returned item. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method used for the purchase.
Pillows, bolsters, pillow cases, topper, perfect travel partner and all bedding accessories.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. Costs of return deliveries from us are free of charge.
If returns that are not due to manufacturing defects such as change preference after delivery, 10% of price paid will be charged.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you may contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Warranty Policy
At Naturatex, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 10-year pro-rated warranty on our mattresses to provide you with peace of mind.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and runs for a period of 10 years from the original date of purchase.
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects in your Naturatex mattress. It is provided to the original purchaser.
This warranty does not apply to normal body impressions, firmness preferences, cover fabric, or damage caused by misuse.
In the event of a warranty claim, please contact your original Naturatex dealer. You will need to provide proof of date and place of purchase for validation.
If your Naturatex mattress fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product. Sleep Synergy S/B reserves the right to substitute materials or models of comparable quality.
This warranty does not apply if the mattress is subjected to obvious abuse or improper care/maintenance, such as stains, burns, or inadequate support.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages which result from the use of this product.
This warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchased from Sleep Synergy S/B or its authorized dealers.
